I think now proobably you can ask more or see whats is in ECAS showing ..

Hey Century can you give me the number of HDFC from where u got the call. I want to ensure that I keep my phone available to take the call.. if I get selected.

number is 022 61607475.. I am giving this in public as it will help all who have paid by hdfc cc.

Note the call was to verify if the transaction was legitimate not to confirm if trx should go through. may be they do this for certain types of cards(mine is platinum) .

Sent date : 1st may
Received Date & time : 7th may 10:19 am
payment mode : CC ( HDFC bank)
Country : India
ECAS status(with old uci) : ECAS couldnt identify me yet.

Note : I immediately got call from HDFC bank to confirm the transaction .

I take this opportunity to thank few special people on this forum

I also have a platinum card.

As long as you have enabled international transactions via netbanking or personally called bank to get it enabled and if you have sufficient balance , your transaction will go through.

I am not sure if its card specific may be they do it random...

Sorry but yes. It would be returned. I missed attaching the Original ECA report and sent a photocopy instead. The application got returned explaining this to me.

It was a very long wait for the application to come back to India. This time they are sending it back by courier I assume.

Anyway, it would be better to recall your application if not already delivered. Or, send the Original ECA report asap and mail CIO as soon as you have the courier number with you. Oscar7 would be able to help you with the email address.

Thanks for your reply , My application was received by them on 13th june and I have not received any application or UCI no yet

wondering if I send missing documents , it might get lost . How do i notify them about missing documents by sending again
