Any idea what is the top 5 Hottest NOC upto the moment for 2014 fswp? also base on experience from last year fswp what is the top 5 hottest NOC fswp 2013?

one of my friend had applied to FSW last year under 2174 but got rejected due to cap.
this year he is applying under 2173 as it is more relevant to his experience.

will this cause any issue.

As long as he have the NOC 2173 exp he can apply brother...

Nobody on the forum can say with 100% surety whether the VO accepts your Application (which makes u fortunate !) or will it have any negative implication for you (like misrepresentation etc). Whatever be the consequences you are only will be responsible for that, irrespective of all the gyaan u earned.

I personally feel that, send a revised form with Explanation letter (quote earlier UCI) and should Not wait at all. Man, all you have to loose in doing this is Courier charges + 2 printout charges. (your total Cost)
Benefit: If they replace your Form in your Original Appln. you will be saved from any negative thoughts about your intentions in the minds of VO. (Remember: CIO/ VO will come to know for sure from their records/ UCI that you have been Rejected Student Visa in the past)

This is probably the most asked question in this forum, But I request the seniors to answer it for me one more time...

I have 3+ years of experience in India and 4+ years in USA before that
In US, there is no such thing called experience letter, But I managed to get an experience letter from the company(Indian consultancy) a 2 line wording of roles/responsibilities.
But in India I have a problem with my previous and current companies
I can provide offer letter/relieving letter and/or hike letter and payslips. But not where in these letters they have the roles and responsibilities. I bet many of you guys face the same issue with Indian IT companies
Can you guys please tell me how you are able to manage this issue?

Dear Brother,

Right many of us were having this issue...Please check below:

"Reference letters in the required format are necessary, please try your best to get them. If after all efforts you are unable to obtain a work reference letter, then you should provide a solemn declaration / affidavit explaining in detail why are you unable to do so. The officers at the VO are aware of the fact that different employers have different policies towards issuing such adhoc letters and may not cooperate in issuing such a letter. Please do attach all your employment records with the declaration. I was unable to obtain a work reference letter from one of my employers and did the same. However please bear in mind that the final decision rests with the visa officer handling your case."


Accumulated Suggestion :

"1) Please descibe the reference letter with your NOC on a white A4 paper and get it acknowledged by your supervisor.
2) Take a copy of photo I'd (company tag photo id) of your supervisor of your company...get it signed by him on it and do attestation
3) Get a service letter from your employee stating you have worked from so and so time with your designation
4) provide an affidavit supporting why you are not able to provide the reference letter in company letter head and attach the service letter provided along with this
5) Submit appointment letter (if exists)
6) Submit Payslip (if exists)
7) Business card of applicant (if exists)


Let me know if u need the sample affidavit copy....

Relax....DD encashment dates may be different depending on the platform from which they are generated.
I believe you should get updates before end of the week.
CIC officials also take different timings for different applicants......your case may needs close examination and may take time.
Just relax.

Is the funds convertible to cash and withdrawable any time you please? If yes, it's settlement funds. If no, it's not. If it's partially convertible to cash and partially restricted, the convertible portion is settlement funds and the restricted portion isn't.

I hv shown funds INR 1280000(PF spouse)+226000(GPF self)+550000(Bank account) as against the requirement of CAD$22000 (App INR 1210000) settlement funds for four people.
Is these are sufficient?
How they will decide about convertibility and withdrawl capacity of funds in PF/GPF.

Can anybody share the format of Police certificate..?

Police may not follow my format but i can get an idea that what i need them to write basically.. Sometimes we may need to push them to include some critical things..
