CIC is not that much gentle to prove idea right...

In our FSW13 cases they have changes the forms even on the opening day : May-4 2013.

For sending older forms , many of us have returned his file...

That is why all of us are suggesting to all of u to wait patiently until MAY-1

Thanks for the update. But last year I applied very early and got rejected due to cap filled. I am a bit wary about things this year.

Hello Team,

Regarding funds to be shown... I have FDR which is a joint of my father and me.....it has the requested amount... From the bank i have got the FDR certificate which tells the FDR account number , money and date of maturity ,,,,but not the commencement date.....and is dully signed by bank manager and is on there letter head......will it be FINE.... this FDR is not 6 months old....so date of commencement was not mentioned.....plz help urgently

2. I had been in UK for 2 years ( 2007-2009) for an onsite assignment and I did my full time MBA from UK ( 2011- 12). Do I need 2 PCC s for UK? can anyone send me the PCC link for UK and procedure?

Please check for updated form on CIC website before submission (MAY-1, 2014) of ur application which is important.

Dear Broteher,

1. Its not mandatory to send PCC along with app kit... Dont delay for PCC...

2. U need only one updated UK PCC which will prove that u are not cinvicted with any crime...

Dear brother,

Since u dont have the UCI number then u need not to put UCI on generic form...

And if u have relevant work exp on declared NOC then u can apply undoubtedly...

I'am planning to apply under NOC 2171, can you please help me with the below queries.

1) What all documents do i need to submit for my spouse, considering i'am the principle applicant
2) I do not have job responsibility letter of my first organisation, please suggest what should i do ? Can anything can be shown in place of that ? Please note that i would be applying for NOC 2171 based on the current organization.
3) What all forms have changed from last time ?
4) My wife has not given IELTS, is it madatory for her to give ?
5) CIC website states that it has 50 profession and 25k applications which makes it 500 applications per profession. Whereas it is stated as 1000 applications per profession. Not sure how the maths is done...can anyone help me ?
6) How Hot is NOC2171, i.e how soon is it likely to get filled.
7) Do we need to submit the PCC with the application ? or sometime later ??

No it is not required to submit PCC from India since your stay is less than 6 months
