Dear Seniors
I need to clear in one point about filling Generic application IMM 0008 form. My younger son now 20 years old. So i can not include him as my dependent as per new rule. But still should i have include his details in GENERIC IMM 0008 form. The confusion comes because in instruction guide it says you must include all your family members even if they are missing or presumed dead. Thanks in advance for your help.

Yes, include him. and let him take medical test.

Thanks Regina. But problem is during filling the form in Q 11 what dependent type i will choose. there is no option to choose for my son as he is already 20 years old.

Everyone preparing to apply keep the following holiday season in mind:-

"Holiday season in Canada will start from Monday, December 22, 2014 to Friday, January 2, 2015 (inclusive). The CIC office reopens on Monday, January 5, 2015. The final day we will accept applications prior to the holiday closure is Friday, December 19, 2014"

Could this long holiday delay some processing time?

Received Date : June 6

1) Will they still do Verification process or its over?
2) Interview chances are still there?
3) CIC Asked for FBI clearance certiciate to provide in 45 days but for me it will take 70 days? So what do i need to do now?

Please help asap.

With Canada you can pretty much always go colder .

They even recently asked for the North Pole to be considered a territorial water of Canada!
