@diplomatru, why do you think applications with NOC starting 0, takes longer time, my CC was charged on 29th, still no PER, really begin to get anxious.

It seems that my calculations turned out to be correct and CIO will be doing PERs for a while. New chargings will likely take place next week when they clear the PER backlog.

It seems so bro, and accordingly your expectation seems correct too; our charge date won't be any minute before 11/17/2014.

I wish it is not after that date also. Good luck

You can give +1 only after reaching 20 posts

Thanks. Considering all aug applications have gone through completeness check, does it mean next CAP update will include all aug applications?
My application reached CIC on 30th sep so just wanted to find an estimate whether it will be considered or not.

Yes, if CIC updates their CAP status by the end of third week of Nov. The updated CAP status will have all applications included for Aug.
There are still chances for your application to be in the cap but I would ask you to pray to GOD and hope for the best.
