If you have not saved the Edit Response Link, you have to re-submit again. Your old entry will be removed automatically after some time. Do save the Edit Response Link this time.

Experts need help please... my consultant yesterday said i have got medical and all but he sent me jus one mail as follows.
Please provide the following items within 30 days:

1. Police certificates from India and Saudi Arabia for self and spouse (if a good quality colour photocopy of the attached form is presented, this may suffice to obtain these certificates. If not, please advise us and we will send by post).


2. Please also complete and return the attached form and provide scanned copies of passport bio pages.

This is a normal request from LVO....Last yr lots of LVO applicants rcvd such request (without MR)....

Its a good sign....try to submit the requested docs as early as possible.......

But Problem is bank draft which i sent to CIC is from my father in law account but i can't fill the detail of payer in the form.How i can inform to CIC about payer of bank draft.?

Draft is like cash and it does not bear any details of the payer. So you need not worry and no need to specify from which account you got this made.

The things you are talking about are applicable in case of cc only. And the purpose behind this is to get the authorization of the person whom that cc belongs and to prevent any fraudulent activities.

So be cool there is nothing to worry. Cio will never come to know that the dd is issued from your in laws account.

As anticipated, they have asked me my fresh financial status and I have utilized $ 2000 for my living expense. I am planning to liquidate some gold and compensate as an FD on my name to fulfill their request to show $11,200 this time instead of 11,824 (I believe they gave me leverage already being in Toronto) will this be OK ? My consultant told me its fine.

For medicals, do I need to personally send something to CIC ? or all docs are send by the doctor to CIC ?
How do I pay my RPRF fees please ?

I am a 26th June applicant and my CC got charged on 14th of October. ( just saw the same in my statement).

My concern is that I Still haven't received a mail from CIC. Can anyone help me understand the reason for this delay. Has anyone also faced a similar issue?

I am 23rd June applicant... no email from CIC yet......... My consultant called me on last Friday night to know about my news.... Cause his another applicant of 19th June received PER on Thursday (16th Oct) night.............

You should apply under 2281 if you have overlapping responsibilities as per the NOC Job Description- that should be fine. I did likewise and got my PER.
