Thats most probably under SNIP (saskatchewan)... during early days of its launch few lawyers succeeded in this thing, however now they have tightened the rules/checking to discourage such practice.

Rules for FSWP job offer are way too strict for any such activity and still requires ECA etc.

The lawyer offered him a job? Doing what? Or the lawyer found him a job offer? It smells like a scam. Almost all of the consultants/lawyers who claim they can get you a job are scams.

I have made a HUGE MISTAKE:

I wrote down my job title (financial planner) different than the one I have on my employer's reference letter (financial consultant)

Will they send me back the application to correct it after waiting 4 months?

No you will not be refused for this.

Yes you do. You must disclose all liabilities.

If one has to show home loan as liability, then the corresponding house should be shown as asset too. Net liability is almost always negative, meaning it will not in fact be a liability.

For every horror story there are a dozen success stories of happy migrant families. Happy people don't post on the web like bitter people do.

Most migrants will take some time to adjust. It's a new culture and just about everything is different. But with hard work and by reaching out to the support networks available (and there are many available) you can make it in Canada.

Agree with you. Bad news travels faster. If every were to suffer so miserable why would so many of us flock to get a PR? There is no denying that we have to struggle a bit initially. But, its all about priorities. If one does not want to sacrifice this potion in a org and expect the same in a new country, I would rate that not so great preparation. Staying positive, keeping bigger picture in mind and working relentlessly are the keys to success.

Re: Update From VO -NDVO

Hi All,

Just checked ECAS, got know that my file started processing on 15th October 2014. I used to check my ECAS every 30 minutes in a day and even the last working day of last week (Friday) also I did the same but never saw this update. So it seems to be so confused whether VO is working Saturday and Sunday. Anyways, I am not sure how long I need to wait for to receive the MR!

Kindly update, is there any one who got MR after showing ECAS "Second Line" at the first phase.
