Looks like they are upgrading their system now and they are saying to expect response in 12 weeks

I didnt understand your question, I have received CC charge in few days back and I have provided my spouse documents that are listed in the required documents.

I submitted my spouse documents such as 10th and 12th mark sheets, Degree certificates and mark sheets, her offer letters and relieving letters also in my application package with my documents. But the above said documents were not in the document check list.

I'm 12th june applicant and did't get my CC charged that's y i'm confused.

Having additional documents will not go against you, they will only consider the required documents

So you can expect the good news anytime.... 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)
But make sure you let your CC company know about your transaction... I had to call my CC company like 5 times to make sure the transaction would not fail..

Welcome to the forum. The seniors here are very deep in their understanding of the FSW process, and I think you can get benefited by scrolling through the old posts..particularly of Ashif, Canol, Century, Diplomatru, dmitrych, GSW, nishesh3003, palakpatel911, saps etc.

Most importantly go through the excel sheet...filter the column AU on first sheet for Application Status as "Returned/Rejected", for common pitfalls..All the best!

as a spouse, minimum score should be clb 4, that is l-4.5, r-3.5, w-4.0 and s-4.0
