ohhh ok now I got the point...he entered this way in the education section...for personal history he mentioned all his employment duration which is more than 10 years no gaps so he should be fine...thanx...

I have gone through the rejection list...what I was not clear was id education section was the cause or personal history section was the cause...

There r 2 different questions in "Background decleration

Q 7. Education --> No issue, if he has entered like that
Q8. personal Histroy --> Could be an issue, if he has entered like that. Note that as per the form, "Failure to account for all time periods will result in DELAY in processing of ur application. The form does not mention REJECTION, so technically it should only result in delay, whereby they cross reference with available info or VO asks for clarification but shud not result in REJECTION.

However, i remember, someone mentioning reason for rejection to be "Failure to account for all time periods". It may be a serious gap, such as 2-3 years when the person was not studying. In his case, it could be considered illness or failure to pass. I would say consult someone who has experience of FSW....... i think ashif_eee and Century are good resources...... btw y don't u check rejection reasons list urself?

URGENT .....Seniors....need your help.....i am helping one of my pakistani friend to complete his application. Need reply on below querrie....


1. His wife is having different surname in two passports i.e. Before marriage and after marriage.....is it compulsory for her to send affidavit of change in name

2. My friend have 1st -hand written and 3rd (current -machine readable) passport and he has lost 2nd passport- hand written......so he is not able to provide travel details of 2nd passport which was used between 2007 to 2010.......pls suggest what document or clarification needs to be sent.....

3. His children has got BIRTH CERTIFICATES from NADRA karachi , but for him and his wife NADRA has issued BIRTH REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE.........is it ok to submit these.....

4. He is not having school leaving certificate.....is it ok if it is not submitted....

Please let me know if I am already late in filing. I hope CAP won't close soon for these NOC codes.

If I were you, i will give 2173 a shot, 2174 is most certainly over by now.

Actual situation is that many more applications have reached CIC. Consider these to represent ~20-30% of the actual no. as of today.

Thank you. Does this matter? I work as a full time Software engineer in Canada on a work-permit. In website it says, The caps do not affect people with a valid job offer. So this means that I can anytime apply for PR? I am really confused on these process. I have my IELTS on Aug 23. Rest all documentation is ready to apply once I get the transcripts of IELTS.
