Hi everyone,

Need some advise on this issue. My husband is residing in Australia and he appeared for his IELTS in Australia through idp. I had applied under 2171 code as main applicant and used my spouse IELTS for adaptability points. Now, we want to reapply in another Noc and again we need his IELTS for more points.
He had a word with staff member at IELTS centre where had appeared for his test to issue an additional IELTS TRF. They said they can't issue additional TRF to him. In case of lost TRF then they can issue him new TRF. CIC won't accept TRF directly form idp or British council. Now, we are worrying that his original TRF is not lost but we used that in our previous application. As we have to send additional TRF along with our new application. If we apply on the "lost" TRF basis then we might be in trouble in future. But if we won't do that then we won't be able to get another TRF . Now, We don't know what to do? Plz let me know how overcome out of this problem ? Thanks in advance.

Don't see any point of sending a mail to them now. They would take 40 days to respond and by then you will anyway get your DD encashed/file returned.

everybody in the group has sympathy with you!!

I know this feeling very well as i have already felt the same. I want you to challenge yourself.

Relax...Go for small vacations (don't ever forget this failure but learn from this too..)...then come back....Start working on EXPress Entry...try to accumulate maximum points as you can..

TOUGH TIMES DON'T LAST BUT TOUGH MEN DO..I AM FIRM BELIEVER OF THE SAME...

(**NOTE: Rohan it may not suits you but it's the way i would have sort out this situation)

Just now got a mail from CIC:

'Dear Sir/Madam:

Please be advised that your application was returned with all attachments on 11 July 2014. It was deemed incomplete. A letter of explanation was provided along with the application package.

We do not keep detailed records of each application returned so I am unable to provide more case specific details.

Please note: all returned applications are sent via regular mail to the mailing address as entered on the application package. There is no tracking number. Once the application is mailed, its delivery is the responsibility of the postal service. Applications are not sent via courier.

Thank you for your interest in Canada.'

All efforts/dreams in the last 3 years have gone down the drain again. I planned to go to Canada in second half of 2011. In 2012, FSWP did not open. In 2013, my application was returned because of a stupid mistake. In 2014, history has repeated itself.

Its time to stop thinking about Canada now. India is not bad after all

I have damm feeling that Rohan you are going to meet us there in Canada....IF you have the same feeling ..then GO AHEAD....Keep walking..... 8) 8) 8) 8)

People whose applications were rejected have received it in India. I am yet to receive it.

Inform them about below FAQ. Provide some documents like copy of generic application form or may be airway bill copy.
