There is no specific timeline....In Some cases its done simultaneously, in some cases, it takes 2-10 days or even more...

I dont thick that original un-translated birth certificate required.
As per the guidlines
Any document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by:
•the English or French translation; and
•an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
•a certified copy of the original document.

I guess there is some confusion in understanding what CIC reject letter means. CIC means: certified copy of the original un-translated document which was not sent with the application.

And to add to this PER is the confirmation of positive eligibility and not CC charge. so wait for PER mail.... ECAS Status in process is not a 100% surity that the application is deemed eligible... So wait wait n wait as PER mail takes a lot of time to come.

1. I have submitted notarised english translation of my spouse birth certificate. However, the original birth certifcate in native language is missing. I have also submitted copy of original national ID of my spouse (which contains her name, father's name and date of birth).

Anyone can comment as what are the chances of my application getting returned?

All that matters is your duties should match at least 60% from the given duties on the website.
Obviously not the same sentences but reiterated.

In my letter of recommendation and Jd i have found that there are 3 sentences out 12 jd have exact same sentence as NOC list , i dont know how did this happened because JD was provided to me at the beginning of my job.

like for example ,

In my letter

Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.

While In NOc list

Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.

I dont know what to do ???
