Dear All,

Glad to inform all of you that my DD has been charged on 19th June 2014.

My details are as under:

NOC : 0911( Manufacturing Manager)
Date and Time: 7th May 2014/ 1.57 pm

I hope this data can be used by our admins and other fellow members to come to some sort of more clarity regarding 7th May applicants’ vis-à-vis CC/DD charges, Cap updation on CIC website, and total no. of applicants for 7th May

This forum has been of great help. I would welcome any question or doubt anyone may have regarding the application process.

If your CC is charged, that most likely means they are ok with your Job Ref letter

The footnote has not been updated (the footnote says that it's from May 4, 2013). Which brings us to the very critical question: when are these figures from? According to the cap figures CIC has received 93 applicants for 1112. According to the spreadsheet, there are 120 applicants in that category (1112) as of today. Does the spreadsheet capture nearly 80 percent of applicants around the world for that category? I highly doubt it! I think my question is relevant as it has implications for a very important question - when will the cap be reached for occupations, especially the hot ones like 1112 and 2174. According to the SS calculations, the cap for 1112 will not be reached until August 26th.

CC is charged if you meet the initial criteria of 1 year work exp in the listed noc, funds, ielts and ECA.

Dear Century,

Please help. I have sent my application last May 23 with the help of an agent. However, I have a friend doing his application on his own. He is encountering problem when printing the generic application form. The number appearing on the right lower portion of the form is cut whenever he will print it with an 8.5x11 paper size as instructed. My question is could he use the fit to page printing option so that the numbers will be printed? If he will use the fit to page option, will it affect the bar codes when scan by CIC? I do not know what to advice to him. I do not have any idea because my forms were printed by my agent. Thank you very much for your help

This could be a somewhat lucky FSW 2013 case, if not a false ad altogether. I take it this was in an Ahmedabad newspaper probably. Gujarat, Punjab etc. are target places to print such "eye-catching" ads to gain more clients. Point is the consultants don't know any more than Oscar Shah LLP does (LOL, read more that you or anyone else does). Now when the consultant's this year's clients are coming to an end this ad is a ticket to pull a few more 'new' clients (who unfortunately will be very much delayed in getting the visa since it is end of June now, if at all they are lucky enough to be from a non-hot NOC since hot NOCs might be already over by now most likely / or about to get over soon..as the case may be)

it is my first time to ask here
i sent my file and recieved in 4 june , i have 3 questiones:
1. my last name is different than my daughter last name in 32 letters.. can this make a problem?
2. my ielts will expired in 4 augst and as i can see that they will open my file in sept. so are they will calculate my ielts from the date of file recieved or the date of file open??
3. in my experience certificate which i sent it , they didnot add the salary .. is it a problem ??

Name should always be as mentioned in the Passport.
