You will not be able to track without the PER unless you applied for any kind of Canada Visa earlier.

is it possible to get our PR visa stamped from usa or canada as our current visa office is NDVO and right now we are in USA and it is really tough for us to go to india to get visa stamped

Hi Harjinderjit, you can pay RPRF online which is best mode, after that you have to send copy of your payment to NDVO.

but what happened to FIFO rule, september applicants already getting PER`s while many are awaiting charging... 11th sep cc applicant here still waiting

You know FIFO is not a rule,It is just a method of taking turns
So relax and enjoy life as you are waiting for a piece of good news

No, they are just checking the completeness of the documents. Further validation will take place and the you will get PER.
