buddy who told u that newbies are neglected here? 1st of all there is no one called newbies.......its just a status u r given by the forum system when u join it...after some posts u become full member, star member and hero member or what ever. don't concentrate on this thing. the purpose is to guide and help each other.
if u think ur question wasn't answered then the reasons can be
1. either we don't know about it at all
2. we have no idea about that
3. we never answer anything wrong just for sake of answering, cos its better not to answer then to guide in a wrong direction or give false hopes.
4. either we were busy with our own things, u know some people think that we all are free and have nothing to do but just to sit here and answer every reply, but that's not the case, we have our lives, our families, our jobs and also our app being processed at the same time, so all things parallel makes us quiet busy at times.
5. may be some one else answered that b4 so we don't answer that query which is already answered, until unless that answer needs some more details. if by chance u have missed that answer, u will think ur query still stands, but that's not the case.
6. sometimes queries are so basic in nature and very simple one, that are already answered hundred of times that we don't think it should be answered again, even though we do answer even the most basic ones but sometimes we don't, so u have to search the forum and the internet about it before asking something so that u can already get the answer or u might have some idea about what u r asking.
I hope it helps u, sometimes our way or replying seems harsh or rude one, but we don't intend to hurt or discourage. don't concentrate our way or expressing things, give imp to what is answered. good luck.
