No u can not sponsor ur brother / sister except under these condition.
Whom may I sponsor using this application package?
your brother or sister, nephew or niece, grandson or granddaughter, if he or she is an orphan, under 18 years of age and not married or in a common-law relationship

on my first application,I did not use Indian credit card,I used Nigerian credit card....you may be right but for the fact that it worked for WES in my ECA assessment,i belive its okay but who ami to tell CIC that they are wrong?
my 2nd application is been reviewed and i hope to get some errors to be corrected before resending it again.

Dear Friend, You have to submit IELTS along with your packages. it's should not be BC to cic.

Pl take care this point. Also you can get additional IELTS result copy by paying to BC.

Earlier PERs were issued after 8-10weeks, Recent days its coming within 4-6weeks. You can wait up to 6 weeks. after that you can raise CSE to cic. 8)

Have you paid your fees thro CC or DD? First fee encashment should happen. Then within 1-2 weeks you will get PER.

noc 3212 - upto last week 263. you can expect positive result.

Application received: Aug 7, 2013
Processing Start Date: Jan 31,2014
Medical Request Made: Feb 13,2014
Medicals done: Mar 01,2014
3rd line added to Ecas: Around Mar14, 2014

I rechecked the email again and again, it just asks us to appear for our medical and there is no mention of passport anywhere. Has there been any case where passport request has not been made despite a MR? Is there a number I can call or establish contact to check?? Like I said Medical was done over a month ago and still no request for RPRF. The processing started on Jan 31, 2014.What should I do???

Please help as I have this feeling that maybe I am missing something at my end!? :'( :'(

Apologies for writing the same thing in the forum again. Is there anyone who got his / her MR but not RPRF for a long time post MR? If its just me then obviously something is wrong. Thanks again for all the help!
