I got per on 23/12 and AOR on 18/01/14 still ecas is not able to identify me

It says "Pls enter valid date of birth" what should I do????
So confused

Really sad to know your case. I think, either your agent is ignorant or he/she lied to you to make money out of your pocket; otherwise he/she should have clear idea at the time of sending your application that there is no chance for this NOC.

Your whole package will be back along with the application fee & a letter explanaining why package has been returned. You should ask about this letter from your agent so that you can demand agent fee back from your agent based on this letter.

I really appreciate your prompt response, at the same time quite disappointed. Its unbelievable that my agent is keeping this from me, very unethical! Will visit their office today to sort them out. Once again thank you so much for your assistance.

Do they return the complete package, and what about the fees, do i get it back or is it all gone?

Hi Shwcan

While checking your Ecas status, don't put your date of Birth manually, Just select the year and month from drop down and then press GO button and a month appeared in which you born, from there just select your date of Birth, it will automatically put your date of birth in that column and then you can check ecas

Hi shwcan...are you entering the birth date in the correct format (yyyy-mm-dd)? Also your UCI should be in the format xxxx-xxxx. If you have done everything right and still getting an error, then I suggest you try using the automate voice service of CIC, just to check if it recognizes you by your UCI and birth date (while using this system, it asks the caller to enter both). Check if you get a proper response, as in "we have received your application on <date>".

You can also raise a CSE using the link provided in the AOR email.

I do same way as you told by dropdown only but still it shows same.
I fear that CIC might have entered wrong DOB in their system.
Should I contact CIC for same or should I wait till my MR comes?

First of all thank you for all the members for their wonderful wishes and support throughout. I really relate to all the anxious moments of waiting for the final ECAS update "Decision Made" . Refreshing ecas every 2 mins as said by Javiya !!! I got my DM on 30th Jan but then i was keeping fingers crossed about what the decision could be and waiting for PP eagerly. Thats why i did not update the forum about the DM status before. But finally i got the PP back and its celebration time now ....

I wish all the forum members very best and hope their wait for DM, MR , PPR PER AOR all get over soon and everyone sails through smoothly.

Lastly perseverance is the key in this entire process!!

Yes Devkis I m doing things correctly but still getting error.
For automate voice service we have to call CIC on same no. as we used to do for getting UCI no.??

Very sad + angry to read how you've been conned by your agent... if you live around delhi and go to his office... let me know... i will be happy to join you and demand answers while throwing facts on his lying face. (i think i will carry my baseball bat too!! )

I really think we need to start a new thread where we should name and shame such greedy agents or so called "consultants". dont know how they sleep at night while blatantly scamming people.

PS: We do have some Samaritans like attorney David Cohen who have helped create this forum where people can help each other. Sincere thanks to them where newbies like me can interact and thus file application ourselves.

Yes. The same number.

You can try using the automated voice system or wait till the call gets transferred to the agent. You may be able to check with the agent if they have the correct DOB on file for you - but please make sure you clear them that you already have PER and you are just trying to check the status through ECAS.

This is just an option which you can try along with raising a CSE. Hope you get this sorted out quickly.

Are u checking on ut phone or PC?
Are you entering you DOB in year/month/date format?
