When you sent your application to CIC Sydney??

I received my PER on 09-Jul-13
In the ECAS ti si showing we received your application on 10th May 2013.

Hi, I am curious about this new development as my visa office is London. There should be 1 column- Applicant name and Permanent Residence Application Status (in process) and you have got 2 columns with the other column left blank and date modified showing 7th of November 2013. This is very interesting. London applicants, be on the alert!! My mind tells me that something big is about to happen---MR RAIN!!!!!!!

My status shows the same modify date 2013-07-11 but I have only one line (Name and Application status- In Process). But if we check the CIC date format it reflect 11 July 2013 because they use YYYY MM DD format....

Can you please provide us with more details about your application as this is a strange case for Cairo VO applicant this year. All applicants after you, till now, their files had been processed at CPP-O, including me, with 2 other applicants who got their PPR already from CPP-O.

I found them send the email from them selves, i'm having EXACTLY the same details and IELTS......etc everything like MarkOverMars.

I don't know the reason why they transferred the file to Cairo VO & they asked me not to ask Cairo VO about my case by any means for the next 2 months, which should end by end of November.

Let me know ur opinions please

I have got 2 rows not 2 columns the second line is again shopwing my name but the staus is blank

Yes, my online status is showing "in process" and when I clicked on it, it showed "we received your application for permanent residence on the 13th of May". I am still wondering why the 2nd row appeared in the status posted by fmujeeb. Any ideas from anyone from LVO?

Modify date is 2013-07-11

Safe to reckon that's the date the ECAS homepage was modified. But yea - the second column is interesting. Fingers crossed.

If you want to have a way to track your passport once they are sent back to you, use "XPressPost/USA". It is not required though. If you don't provide one, I believe passports will be sent via regular mail (at least true for CPP-O applicants). Also, "XPressPost/USA" only applies for US applicants. Thanks!

why need "XPressPost/USA" envelope ? Our passport will be sent back from local VO(HONGKONG) still need this envelope?

Yes i think it is date to modify ECAS homepage which is 11 July 2013.
