Hi you guys,

I am one of the applicant for 0211.. my file was received on 30 aug and my visa office is london. It appears from the conversations in this forum that I was too late to apply. I haven't got any mail or email from CIC

I need to find out if CIC sends an email about my rejection or will i have to wait blindly until my package arrive to saudi without any notice prior to physically receiving it.


Appreciate if you guys could help me with this query

You will get your package returned by snail mail without any prior notice.

It may take anywhere between 25 to 50 days to get your mail from the date of dispatch.

Are you aware if we are tracking of the FBI PCC , I have sent request 20th Sept , but my CC is not charged yet. Is there any way we can make an enquiry ?

I received my PCC today - 7.5 weeks after my application reached FBI. Credit card was charged on 24 October. The automated message they play before putting you on hold says the average processing time is 6 weeks but that things may be slowed down as a result of the shutdown. Hope this helps.

I am in same boat. My request reached them on 27th Sept. No credit card charged yet. I called FBI last Friday and they mentioned they can not state anything within 5 weeks. So I will call by the end of this week to see if I can find any update. Some people in the forum mentioned that they got their CC charged after 6 weeks. So I hope by this week your should be charged and mine by next week. Let's see.

LVO has queued 2013 PER applications for 3 - 4 months hold time for those in process. So dont expect MR anytime soon. This is my lawyers update (Cohen).

Any further updates from your lawyer regarding MR.

Did you send your US PCC to LVO? What's your Lawyer advice on sending PCC not sent with the application before being requested by VO?

Thanks to all who have congratulated me filling this forum with their messages.
I am humbled by your congratulatory posts.
Normally I would have preferred to send pm individually.

I have not decided yet when to migrate to Canada. Probably in the coming summer I will move.
By then, I wish and hope and I am pretty sure most of you would have already settled in Canada.

I will post all my experiences through this forum regularly.

Anyone waiting for passport request from CPP-O?
What is the average days we are seeing for passport request from CPP-O now a days?

I will be submitting my final document (FBI PCC) in day or two so wanted to get an idea how much time it takes.
Also my Medical request started with following,

"We have now completed the initial assessment of your application, and expect to finalize your application without a personal interview."

Are all medical requests starting similar statement?
