How to do skill assessment? My sister is in Australia ( PR) can that be the advantage to do skill assesment?

not in skill assessment but she can provide ref. letter and you can have option for 189. its like adaptability point here there are different programme in which you can go with lesser points with ref.

are they planing to stop this programe next year.

sameer004 for 2014 they are gonna have EOI so maybe the actual applications may start by 2015 but may take less time compared to FSW 2013 once process starts. Hope i am right!

I got e-mail reply today giving UCI number and states that,
Your Application has been returned on 4 Oct as it was found incomplete.
Reason hasn't been mentioned . I have to wait till my package reaches me.
Thanks all for guidance esp. Sinestra , Dr. Darkman and every body.
Hopefully I shall reapply after reviewing details as my NOC Category is cold one and if cap not reached , I can reapply.

I see most of the people are awaiting for MR from NDVO and some people are very confident that Noverber will be the month as this will be the 6th month into processing. I like to wish/hope the same.

One of my friend who was 2012 applicant had his whole visa processing done within 10 months. I want NDVO to beat that 2012 record this year by sending us to canada in 8 months.

Guys / Gals ...does anyone have any idea...what would be the number of application we had in NVDO for categories. in the year 2011 & 2012. As far as I know there was no CAP. Since we have CAP this time of 300 we can have some fair amount of idea they might take to process in this visa offices.

Once more question , what test actually happens in Medical , do we have a list of test ?

I was checking the 2010 applicants visa tracking sheet of NDVO and found out that 104 applicants received DM / COPR during september and october 2013. clearly suggests NDVO priority at the moment.

The only thing we know for sure is that in 2015 the model will change to EOI. But no one knows if there will or will not have a FSWP 2014.
