So, there are 35 pages... and the final result is.. LVO haven't touched it :'(. Which means, 2013 is not their priority (at least 10 days before when GCMS notes were generated).

Here are other findings:

Assessments:
Eligibility: Not Started - Looks like Local Visa Office haven't re-calculated points.
Security: Not Started
Criminality: Not Started
Medical: Not Started

Last Due Date: 2013/09/28

Points:
Scored 67 . Did not considered Adaptability points for Relative in Canada ( provided documented proof ) + haven't considered Academic IELTS of Spouse. Two Visa Officers assessed the application and both calculated 67 points.

Due Date: 2014/07/09 (My PER date in 2013)

Experience still need to be verified, that section is empty.
Selection, Security, Criminality, Background & Medicals are Pending.

Since arrival (2013/07/22) at LVO, file has been transferred 3 times from one location to another :-\

Anyway, all in all, nothing useful came out of it.

EDIT: I was not able to find Bring Forward Date, so I am considering Due Date is that date for now. Because if it's true, that means, I / We are not going to hear anything for 1 year from LVO. :-X

for IELTS to be considered (PA or spouse, it has to be of GENERAL format, NOT academic one..........

Abu Hassan, talking about all these stickers things, from my experience if you want the work to be done properly, you explain what you want in simple language and give simple instructions with no room for guessing. Otherwise you get completely different results then you expecting.

Guys, Can you please help me. I have got my Masters degree from Canada.
When I look at the checklist, it seems I dont need to send rest of my diploma such my Bachelor degree, Highschool transcripts and so on and I should only send my Master degree and its transcript with my application to CIC . Am I right?

This educational assessment time has already been removed due to WES that we have already done. Also, the 90% of the bulk of older applications has also been removed. But, still gods knows why taking so long.

Moreover CIC has make a tricks this year with the applicants that should make the processing time much lesser than the prev yr.I m talking about educational assessment that they have done all educational verification by the applicants himself!! with world known institutions i.e. :WES,etc.

and importantly all this has done by applicant's money!!

Dont u think this is really a tricky step from CIC and many of our members has affected for this step (assessment delayed by WES).
So the educational verification processing time (after app) should be nearly zero!! and total verification time should be compact...isn't it??

I think credential assessment was a step in right direction to facilitate the application process and lessen the processing time. If they can't make the job right and in timely manner, outsourcing is a good idea.

The drawback is that they made applicants pay for this and did nothing to save their money. Each of us paid a few hundred dollars for that.
Those applicants who didn't make it to the cap, just wasted their money spent on assessments. And CIC did nothing to prevent this, but actually encouraged us to spend as much as possible for expedited assessments.
