I sent my certificate for verification through normal post for more than 2 weeks now, just this morning i found this on WES website

Documents must be mailed or sent by express courier. Walk-in service is not available.

Please does this mean, my certificate and transcript would not be attended to?

Stanchucks, just curious, why would you do that?? In a time crucial thing as this (PR process), why are you sending docs in normal mail man???

Actually didnt know if this was different, when i did that of Quebec, it was stated that only normal mail post would be accepted and couriers are not allowed
Do it mean my application will not be attended to?

I don't think there is anything wrong whether you post 1 or 100 congratulatory notes to other members, that is really up to you.

This is a forum with members from diverse background and culture, as such we can't really tell what should/shouldn't be posted as long as the posts are not offensive in nature.

Secondly, every single day new members join the thread and they may not be aware of such "rule", hence you may see certain post that might seem unpleasant to you but in their point of view would be perfectly appropriate.

Lastly, I would say, many members may find your, Sinestra and Balcanada suggestion as perfect solution for "cleansing" the thread and may refrain themselves from posting and that is most welcome by many of members including myself. However, if others would want to congratulate or post birthday wishes, there is nothing one can do about it. Neither the creator of this thread nor the owner of this website (as long as the post do not violate the terms and conditions) as they have the right to freedom of expression. So, let us continue amicably and at times swallowing certain "posts" even if they leave a bitter taste in the mouth. At the end we are all in the same team trying to get the maple leaf.

I'll be joining a new company next month do I need to inform this to NDVO...? If yes... then do I need to send again all those reference letter, appointment letter, etc...of the new company as well? ??? ???
As in the AOR it is mentioned -

If there is a change in your personal circumstances, such as the birth of a child, a marriage or
divorce, you must advise this office (see address, fax number and email address below).
You must also inform us of any:
1. Change of address, including change of e-mail address;

2. Change of immigration representative;

3. Request for withdrawal of your application.

i have a question .my husband and I were june 19 1112 applicants.we never made it to the finish line ,The cap was reached .Now my question is that how long does it take to receive our application packet back.?Has anyone s received it back?My main concern are the wes and the original IELTS certificates.

I remember some folks reported even last week of receiving their applications back due to cap full. To a great extent, your location and efficiency of your local postal service determines when you get it back since CIC sends it through regular mail.

So when NDVO says 10months processing time, is it 10 months from AOR or PER or Application received date at CIC??

From the day of receipt of file at their Visa office.

Experience n releasing letter of present company and offer letter copy of new company , and get duties letter from new company if possible otherwise offer letter is enough.
If you have below 6 years of expience from occupation a b or o then mentioned your current company info and job duties under 12b section and send form as well
If you have more than 6 years exp then no need to send form
This is based on my knowledge , please consult others too

Days between PER and AOR show significant differences in the spreadsheet! even for the same visa offices! any ideas?
