The same thing happened to me also.i got PER on 2nd august but my DD is still nt get encashed . I inquired abt this so many times but DD still nt get encashed.

The CIC always mention the dates of fees enactments in the PER letters !!!!!
So how you got the PER letter without this info included??

Bank is gi vi ng you false info. As in per mail dd must be encased.

Date of fee payment was 24th july and it is written in letter but still DD not encashed as told by bank officer.

In that case, try to get the DD cancelled and ask them to refund your money. I guess that is when they will realise that the DD has been encashed. ;D
