Dear Pallavi the time you are mentioning if it is considered then the time in Nova Scotia Sydney Canada is 11:30 PM so who is there in CIC ???????????????

This is really strange as even in their operation manual for fsw 2013 is no where mentioned that there will be any BG checks or any sort of checks except ECA and IELTS probably from CIO end.

At VO stage they have stated these things will be considered.

Exceptional case.

Extremely sorry to hear that but 0211 is not so hot I personally advice you to retake IELTS immediately and apply again....
Its just a matter of few dollars. Don't procrastinate once again I say apply immediately....

It's very sad but don't lose hope,and keep your passion up.dear when ur application was recieved at CIO

Yes again this is strange.. They can't work till 11:30pm and can do verification call early morning in India.
But again we don't know how they work,
Let pallavi share more details on this then it would be much clear...

You are a person who defined that GAME IS OVER.
It's not over dear there are many ways to immigrate canada and you can reapply in next year EOI system.

Time goes so fast , may 2014 will come soon, be ready with your documents and you never know with 1 or 2 year you will get visa.

But yes for now just be positive and never loose hope, keep trying.

Please update this. Finally I got email reply from CIC:
Please be advised that your application was returned with all attachments on 07 July 2013. It was deemed incomplete. A letter of explanation was provided along with the application package.

So game is over for me.
Wish you all the best for those left in the battle field.

I checked with my bank and they confirmed that DD was not encased as of 20th August, 2013. I am also not able to get status of my current application as the UCI, I have got is linked to my previous application of 2008. Getting tense now...

Mode of payment DD.
I just have my UCI number and status on ecas is IN PROCESS. .. now I m bored of all this ...
I have also emailed them asking about my file status on 9 aug...
I m bored of all this now...
Its better they return my file fast... so that I can use the money I have blocked for all this f****king process

Don't wish such things, if they return the file you will be caught in more severe f****g processes in future in the country you are in. Better to tolerate this, remain hopeful and positive - not that we don't understand your frustration.
