I haven't got UCI yet...no PER as well..even called CIC...but they say they do not have any info..r u sure they will provide me UCI?

Our status is showing IN PROCESS on ECAS.
Are we safe or still in danger zone till we don't get our PER mail?

Its my observation that most of applicants got charged will become in process as status mentioned.however, when you open in process in ecas it will show only We have received your application on and so... next line on the status must show the following

Seniors, Please help clear my confusion... I am pre 2008 applicant. That application is in backlog. Still haven't got refund, but looks like it is still in process in cic records. I applied again this year under 2147 NOC. My question is:

Does cic entertain immigration application, even if a previous application is in process? Can cic reject an application which is filed this year, on this basis?

Please comment...

If you are waiting for your refund, it implies your previous application was terminated by Government of Canada’s Jobs, Growth and Long-Term Prosperity Act.
So, you DO NOT have a application "in process" per say. And even if you had, there is no much of a problem as one can have multiple application at the same time.

Fyi I heared that london vo doesnt send AOR

I just called the CIC for status update. The lady on the phone told me that my file is with London office for further processing though I have not received AOR yet.

However, the call center lady assure me that the file has been transferred to VO for processing. I dont have the exact date when the application was sent to VO for further processing.

Admins please update the spreadsheet.

Hi, So that means files can be returned even after ECAS showing "In Process" is it ? I mean has anyone's application status right now showing / Or used to show "In Process" while their package has been sent back ? An example would've been helpful.
