If you file is complete with all documents than CIC will charge CC/DD.
After that it will be sent to ministry instruction check section 9 (if I am not wrong).
So, my cc has been charged hence documents are perfect. So, naturally it is in ministry instruction check.
I have not missed any emails, i have sent 2 emails to CIC about status but no reply.
I have verified my email id with them, still no luck.

It all leads me to the black hole ...... i guess.

That is the confusion.
Will they wait for my ministry instruction checks result and move my file ahead or they will return my file after cap reach?

Any thoughts seniors please?

Thanks Atefeh, its a good to the point summary.
U deserve a one +

Therefore having a UCI has three implications.

1) The application failed completeness check, which fortunately is recorded in the ECAS and we will know that (God forbids)
2) The application failed processing against ministerial instructions.
3) The applications has successfully passed the two earlier stages. From here on, there would be no refund even if the application is unsuccessful.

The main point again is that when a file is created for the first two cases, the result is already known so it show up in ECAS immediately. But if you have an UCI, but you cannot not check your status it is probable that you can be categorized in the third item.
Do you remember Raj? By calling CIC, he knew that his application is returning so he was in the first item. And note that how soon completeness check was down on his application. So we can have hope unless CIC has been lazy in announcing cap updates which I doubt.

Need help.

I sent my application last May 14, 2013 under 2174. It's been 3 months now and my credit is not yet processed. It was a bdo
mastercard. I am wondering, if it takes this long may be the credit card did not work.

If it case it does, how many months before i get my papers back here in the Philippines?
