Hi.

I'm accomplishing my forms now and stumble on a little challenge. I hope someone can help me. Here it goes,

In Schedule A Economic Classes - FSW form # 12
In 12 b, i have been in the same company for 4 years ++ already, however, i have move up from the ranks up to a managerial position in those 4 years in the same department (basically same work but of course with leading and managing people task as i move up). Do i need to indicate each occupation in those 4 years separately (inc. NOC, years of experience, main duty) as i will claim for the same NOC for all 4 positions anyway?

for ex.
From Oct 2011 to present NOCxxxx - manager
From Aug 2010 to Nov 2011 NOCxxxx - asst. manager
From Mar 2010 to Jul 2010 NOCxxxx - supervisor
From Feb 2009 to Feb 2010 NOCxxxx - officer

or

From Feb 2009 to Present NOCxxxx - Manager


I would really appreciate inputs as i want to move forward and submit my app already...

I'm also leaning also towards, as the certificate of employment will be included in the application, the officer will be able to see the positions held in the company anyway. right? so no need to detail each occupation?

Yes you can do that, as i have done it .....It is very very easy. Go to http://www.fbi.gov/about-us/cjis/criminal-history-summary-checks

Download and take a print out of FD-258 Fingerprint Card, print your finger prints (as specified in the tutorial) and send it to CJIS.

but till now i could not check application status on cic website
which shows the as following:

Kindly advise

make sure you're entering correct file # or UCI. Another important check is that you need to enter your SURNAME exactly as you wrote on IMM0008 Generic Form. Try this.
