Hello Everyone,

I am filling the application and need your guidance on following:

1. Form IMM008:What should we fill for Nation identity document. I am in USA, is it my SSN# ?
2. Form IMM008: Program under which you are applying? Shall we select Economic?
3. Form IMM5669E, Can I attach an addendum for personal and educational history and in the form for these sections, I can mention to check for addendum? The space available on form is not sufficient.

Someone should please help me with this question: is UCI same for family members? My wife applied for NOC 2121 in FSW 2011 and she has a UCI number. Her NOC is not qualified this year, but mine is. Do we automatically have the same UCI?

To know the status of your application by calling cic
call 0016139444000
select 1 for English
then 1 for foreign affair
2 for immigration
call is being transferred to cic
then 1 for English
2 for status
1 for PR
8 digit client id number will be asked
listen the request 3 times without entering client id number
then the call is automatically transferred to an agent
agent will ask information about last name, first name, date of birth, application received date etc
then agent will check in the system and shall give feedback

This was helpfull buddy..I tried calling on this number and the person was helpfull..He tried to make some prumutation and combination to find my details in the database.but there was no information for me...probably I am pretty early for 15 may applicant..I used the trick that I am calling from outside Canada and I spent lot of money to reach you...And then he was ready to help me...early guys try there is still hope on call center....

As a dependant, you have different UCI then your wife. If you have UCI and you are sure of it, use it. Else leave it blank and they'll re-assign it.

I guess this is PER ... when should I expect that the file will be transferred to visa office ? .. and will they inform me by e-mail once it's transferred? ... Ensure that you select the option to log in via UCI......

I called and did the same and the lady on the other side told me that they don't have access to the system. The only thing is to sent an mail to cic.......What else ! no luck with this either.
