A short news:


During FSW13 opening, after long waiting (since last time FSW was closed on 2012) I have applied on the very first day (May 04,2013) on NOC 2147. But unfortunately after waiting over 15 months my file is not having any satisfactory update or finishing. Still no trace when Singapore VO will start to send Medical request to its first FSW13 applicant. Max VO has already finished or in process to be finished FSW13 files very soon.

Since my wife is on US (for higher studies purpose) for last couple of years, I attempted to apply on last year to apply for second application package with the NOC 2132, but restricted myself for the CIC commitment that they gonna finish FSW13 files within a year....Alas, they cheated with us...

I was continuing my waiting that SGVO will send some good news within a few days.....But thing is not changing...waiting without any hope...without any trace...

Finally applied as spouse on NOC-2132 (Mechanical Engineer) today with the visa office of CPC-O. Hope this time God will not frustrate me....File should be reached on 8th Aug 2014....

My presence on your prayer is highly expected...

Good one Ashif....one should not stop his genuine efforts....but i think they will come to know of your application and ask you to choose one application...it happened with somone in 2013, where both partners applied and were asked to choose one. you might find in the search, just be ready in case you face simmilar situation.

Now my E-case is showing Decision Made.

What does that means, till now i haven't received MR request.

It means rejection ?????

and what was the previous status of your ECAS, in process or processing started?

They had physically verified in month of January 2014, but people over there stated inconstant information. No one from Higher management address their question, they are low level employees who replied to their questions when they verified. That's why i got email from them.

What is your NOC code and in what type of organization you work. I mean number of employees, your designation, senior or juniors designation. Is your organisation name is evident from your ITR etc why your juniors gave inconsistent information or your seniors refuse to talk.

NOC 2147, i was working at a construction site, which was closed after i left, there were near about 20 employees and mu designation was Network engineer. I was in senior management. No i don't fill ITR. They just answer their question with approximation.

How long you worked with them, if you are not filling ITR then you might be having your pay slips, your salary account with bank etc. to prove?? I think that prompted them for physical verification as Senior Management someone not filling ITR is very uncommon i guess....

i submitted each and everything, ITR is applicable if you are getting salary above 2 lacs, but if its less ITR is not applicable. I had sent them each and everything. Pay stubs, pay cheques, bank statement, official emails, letters from higher management, letter from HCL, emaployye pay sheets, reason letter due to which i had left from organization, experience letter

i submitted each and everything, ITR is applicable if you are getting salary above 2 lacs, but if its less ITR is not applicable. I had sent them each and everything. I know that ITR is mandatory for someone having more than 2 lacs, i was just wondering that someone in senior management and having salary less than 2 lacs, might prompted them for physical verification. If you have provided all the above documents then they might be convinced and everything will be fine. Good luck and hope for the best.
