Dear seniors help me I have got PER under 2263 as i have only 1 and half year experience in that occupation and I also got points for my HR manager experience for more than 6 years my case is still with visa office.Now my HR manager category is in fsw 2014 list.I want to apply in this category as well because it is my current experience and i am more comfortable with it.can i submit another application in this category where as my pevious application remain in process.plz give ur valuable comments. thanks and wish u good luck all.

Dont apply again mate. There is no use and mean in applying again. Because they will consider your one application that you filed firstly of 2263 noc. Secondly you have got points for total years of work experience including HR. So dont worry. Rest is what you want do.

forms are not needed ! , you should have goods carrying/goods to follow info with pics of jewelry, POF.....anything else, seniors please add on ....

I received medicals and a request for additional docs. I already passed the medical examination and collected additional docs. However the email does not tell where to send these additional docs. Do I need to send to CIC or to my visa office (Moscow)?

Do you guys know if Visa Offices normally accept mail delivered by courier services like DHL, Fedex, etc? I vaguely remember CIC had different addresses for courier and regular mailing. Can it be the case for Visa Offices too?

It seems different countries have different policies....when I renewed my Indian pp while I was abroad, I was informed that any existing visas in my old pp would continue to remain valid.

Good that you inquired with LVO. Could you please post the link on the CIC website?

by the way it's 30 CAD not dirhams...yeah I quoted this manual from CIC, I even copied an paste the entire section, LVO said its for holders of temporary visas only..but again they said that there is an option to re apply for visa re issuance, but the validity shall be based from the day of medicals...that is the maximum....
