HI guys,,,

What are the chances I would fall in FSW 2013 in NOC 2131 if I send my application by November 12th? I am waiting to receive my IELTS results..and expecting by Nov 10th. I noticed there are about 24 applicants from Aug to October under NOC as per the spreadsheet...there might be others who are not this forum members and also some others from other parts of the World.
Can anyone plz provide good estimate when the cap gonna reach for 2131???

I'm the same like you. From two months ago, I asked your question here (when NOC 2131 reached 132), and the reply was ....132 is the number of accepted application from three month ago (July). They advice me to finish all my documents and stay to the next year if the immigration still open.

Why didn't u apply two months back? As per the spreadsheet they are processing August 1st week applications. Your application would have been processed!!!

in nov 12th? its tough but though I advise you to send application as you have done all expenses for your application now the remaining is courier charge loss. I again telling chances are very less but trying dosent harm you. pl keep everything ready and send the application asap you got your IELTS. as in my case i have waited for IELTS than wasted @ 5 days to send applicaiton than DHL took another 8 days. be ready take chance.

I have a kind of dumb question...but it is confusing to me in instructions. What is the immigration office for process for applicants applying from the USA? New York or CPP-O (Ottawa)??? Please clarify.

I am asking this taking a cue from Kumar 2k1's question. I noticed that CPP-O is processing the applications much faster. Some ppl who applied by May-end 2013 have got their medical requests by Oct. Does the candidate applying under FSW have an option to choose b/w his home-country visa office or CPP-O for processing his/her application?

Not intending to discourage you but I feel october applicants may not even make into 300 cap for 2131. Civil is in good demand there. They may even raise the cap.....so if everything is in hand then you can send it ....only courier charges are at stake......all the best

I have prepared my packet and sending tomorrow.. but very unlikely to fall in this year cap.
As we know, there is a lot of demand for 2131 in Canada.. are there any other alternative program in Canada for PR without a job offer for international skilled experience worker???
If anyone have information or know of other programs or provincial nomination programs, I really appreciate your help.

about PNP programme you need to show relative in perticular state currently manitoba and sk are possible but your relative should be there since 1yr

Hi guys,
should i process my file at this stage ??
beacuse 207 already done and still i have to do ECA & other stuff !!! (Documents are ready..heared ECAin rush hours take 7-10 days meanwhile i can be done with all checklist...)
whole time and money will be wasted if it wont be through..

Harshal...I don't think you can fall in this year FSW, unless CIC increases cap for NOC 2131..which is very unlikely...

Please dont lose hope. Keep the spirit alive.... until it has not reached the CAP, there is still a chance.
