I seek you help and advice on my case as well please do reply back.
I got work permit in january 2012 and then I applied for FSW visa in march 2012 ...in july I got my medicals, rprf and pp request....i travelled back to india in august..did my medicals and sumbit my passport on 23 rd august....as I was on leave and told my employer that i will rejoin by end of oct...but still havent got my pp back from delhi consulate...so stuck here...also wrote case specific querry asking for status my application....got reply saying background checks are still pending on my file but since you need your passports to travel we will send them back to you....and please return them back to us once you travel back to canada.
meanwhile my emplyer hire a new cook on my position as i didnt show up at work within granted time period. .....now my work permit is expiring in jan2012...my employer doesnt need me...and chc is sending back my passport ...i dont know what to do??...restless, confused,,,deeply tensed
even if i come to canada..i have to look for new employer...lmo...apply of extention of work permit...as I have never applied for extention could you please tell me the process ....and how it will affect on PR case....and most imporantly do i need my passports for work permit extention process??,,,,as I think only scanned copy of passport and work permit is required??....as i wont be in possession of passports as i will be sending them back to chc new delhi once i reach back to canada.
