Freelance job details

I hope someone can help me on this matter. I am main applicant and i am adding details for my spouse. He has been working as a freelancer for the past one year. He is in media and event production field, working from project to project as an event production manager. I don't know what to add in his work history under: working hours per week and company/employer name. When he has a project he works more than 40 hours per week and he worked for different companies so how to add that? Please help

yes i am, i know it doesn't count at all but if i don't add it it will look like he has not been working for the past one year or it doesn't really matter?

sorry for bothering you, what should i add because it requires me to fill this out under his work history, thats why i am confused.

Employer/company name?


All questions state (reqiured) so i must answer so i am a bit lost for this hours per week and employer name...
