I applied for my husband's FOSS notes after our refusal 4 months ago, and got them by email today. In the notes at the end of the 40 pages, our IO didn't make any notes about what went on during our 4 hour interview, only about doubts she had from documents sent in with our original application. All that was said was that after the interview we failed to discharge the burden to prove the bonafide of our relationship, and that my husband falls under subsection 4. Our interview was held on December 17th 2012, but there are no notes until the 2nd of January, when our application was refused.
My question is, are there normally more notes on the actual hard copy of our file, or did the IO basically not include any notes about our interview and the documents we sent in after?
