While reading the check list generated at CIC website based on my answers, I came across one required document for minor children below 18 who are being sponsored by one parent only ,that their other parent must fill a document IMM5604 titled ''NON ACCOMPANYING PARENT/GUARDIAN OF MINOR TO CANADA).
which is not our case exactly, well, I am going to sponsor my 2 kids (2 and 3) who are staying with their mother who is also a PR card holder and we are married, not divorced or seperated,and she will accompany them to Canada once the PR is issues, so shall we fill this document regardless whether it matches my stituation or shall I discard it and not make confusion on my application to sponsor my 2 kids for PR.
