Form #5406: clarification please

Hi everyone, we're completing the last details of our application and even though I read the guide many times, I am not sure about this one. On form 5406, section A, it asks for my husband name etc. + his wife then, father and mother. Also section C, they are asking for information about brothers and sisters. Even if I only sponsor my husband, he still has to fill out all his family members details right?

Sorry for posting my question...I just saw that the same question was asked previously! I understand that every section (father, mother, sisters and brothers) has to be filled by the applicant. Sorry for reposting.....next time, I'll check first! :-[
