As far as I know ministerial instructions limiting to count work during full time studies are not applied to foreign work experience.
Is it true? Because I worked at 2 workplace with 36 hrs a week while was studying.
Also one question regarding gaps between jobs. I had been working for University A from Aug 2008 to 30 September 2009, then I got employed by University B from 1 October 2009 since then there are no gaps. Is 1 day will be considered as a gap for work experience to be continuous? Since I work part time (18 hrs a week) from 2008-present and it is crucial my work experience to be counted around 3.5 years instead of less than 3 years.
Any help and suggestions are appreciated.
