I think it depends on the applicant and the visa office. From what I hear Manila is cranking them out at record pace, while offices like Vienna are barely processing anything. I'm going through Ottawa, which seems to be somewhere in the middle. I applied in February and got my PPR earlier this month. Hoping for DM with the next few weeks. In some cases CIC is transfering apps from one office to another because of backlogs. I think right now Ottawa is processing mostly US PR apps, but is also processing ones from a few other countries.ism45 said:
