Foreign and Canadian work experience

Hi,
So in 2023 I have been working full time for a Canadian company in Canada. However, I was also working remotely for a company in my home country for a year full time too.
Based on above I am wondering if I can report 1 year of foreign and 1 year of Canadian work experience in express entry to get extra points.

The reason I am worried is that for either maximum of 30 hours and considered. But I do not know if that 30 hour limit is per each or both.

It is based on 30 hours per week max. You cannot ”double dip”.
