I have already 6 month noc B experience in Ontario doing work in same company i have only 7 months work permit pending
I need suggestions what will i do for PR or work permit extension

PR is based on receiving ITA through Express Entry or a PNP program. If you don’t receive ITA or nomination by the time your work permit expires then you stop working or employer files for a LMIA. This proves no Canadian or PR can do the job. Then you file for a work permit. What is your CRS score? NOC?

Can i apply for visitor visa and after visitor record can i apply PR or not

What about OINP….research the streams and check your score. You can apply for a visitor record if work permit expired. You can apply for PR if invited.
