Hindi pa kasi ako nag aapply, nagreready pa lang ako ng ibang documents. Yung mga sinubmit ng mga ka forumates natin dito ang pinagbabasehan ko ng mga papers na iaattach.

sa proof of funds, ung iba hindi nagsubmit ng proof kung sowp, pero kung trv at study visa, kailangan ng proof of funds.

Sana may ibang kaforumates tayo ng makasagot sa tanong mo, hindinpa din kasi ako sure sa mga need talaga, nalilito pa din ako.

Dati po kasi nag tanong ako sa call center if need ko mag provide ng " ganito at ganung" documents ( sorry po di ko na matandaan specifically) sabi po nya kung hindi naman nakalagay sa checklist di daw po kailangan.

Don't worry po basta masunod po yung list ok na po yun, if may supporting docs po sila hihingin saka nyo nalang po ipadala. Ako po wala din akong mga pictures, letters, proof of funds, letter of support na inattach, so far wala naman pong hinihinging add'l docs.

Alam ko po importante na may supporting docs yung lahat po ng idedeclare nyo sa resume, ex work experience so dapat may mga COE, yung mga cert ng trainings and seminars nyo, saka po yung mga scholastic records po.

Hayyyyy mag 7 months na po appl ko sa july 14 nakaka stress at lungkot po kc sobrang tagal na. Good luck po sa ating lahat.

Kaya nga sis di ko na din iniisip gano kasi parang gusto ko na din bumalik ng Pinas ang hirap dito sa CA. Pag di ka emotionally prepared pagpunta dito maloloka ka talaga. Kaya kung di ko din lang makukuha family ko dito uwi nako .

super hirap tlga mag adjust hindi ganun kadali pati s padrive d2..muntikan n ako mahuli ng police d2 dhil ang bilis ko daw magpaandar eh ang speed ko is nsa primera lang..buti hindi ako pinagmulta agad kundi magbabayad ako ng 100 cad..oo madaming work d2, gusto mo makapasok sa office pero hindi ganun kadali d2 mag apply kya ung natapos ko s pinas at work exp ko is malayo sa work ko ngayon d2..s dinami daming work na inapplyan ko at tanggap nmn aq s iba, eto ang pinili ko maging cleaner muna dahil mas malaki p ang sweldo ng cleaner kysa fca or cashier s a&w or tim hortons..ang cleaner is $15/per hour kya ok n ako at madali lang ang work 6hours a day..kya khit cleaner d2 marangal n trabaho po ito.

Hello po sa lahat! Sino po dito ang nag apply kasama ang anak nila na less than 5 years old? Nag fill up din po ba kayo ng Family Information (IMM 5645)? Naguluhan po ako, sa guidelines kasi sabi no need pag less tahn 18 yrs old.

If you are 18 years of age or older, sign and date in the boxes provided at the bottom of the page.
If you are less than 18 years of age, your form must be signed by one of your parents or a legal guardian.

Anyone din po na may anak less than 5 years old na may Primary Complex at the time ng application? Ano po ang maging epekto sa application and sa medical? Ano din po isinagot nyo dun sa tanong sa form sa Background Information details, question 1, a. YES or NO?


you or any of your family member(s) have ever had tuberculosis of the lungs or been in close contact with a person with tuberculosis within the past two years.

May Primary Complex pero wala naman pong may Tuberculosis sa household namin.

magpacheck muna kayo sa pedia ng anak mo regarding primary complex then hingi k ng certification from the pedia..Nag submit k n po ba ng application? meron n b kyo MR?

Iasasama ko kasi yung anak namin kaya need namin ng proof of funds, meron kasi question sa TRV form regarding funds na pang support once nasa canada na.

Do you have any idea on how to apply for SOWP inside canada?.. Un bf ko and ako ay nandito sa canada ngaun and we're getting married soon, pwede kaya ako magapply for SOWP after namin makuha un marriage contract?.. We both think sowp is the best way para mas makahanap ako ng ok na job rather than sa close work permit ko..

Yes, I'm done na with my meds, last feb 8 and march 7 daw naforward sa CEM. I have 2 kids pero saka nalang sila susunod hoping maging ok naman yung condition namin ni hubby dun. Hindi pa kc nakakapag file ng PR ang husband ko, so pag hindi kami makapag process until mid next year di na cya pwedeng mag renew ng work permit. I hope aware din po yung iba nating ka forum regarding sa 4 year limit ngayon sa canada.

Oo nga sana po lumabas n mga visa lalo na po yung mga nauna p sa akin.

I applied for a PR under spousal sponsorship in 2010-it's inland po and may dependent sa Pinas.
dahil sa sobrang tagal po ng processing eh balak ko po iapply ng student visa ang anak ko from Pinas since skilled worker na po ako NOC B

ang questions ko po:

1. magkakaconflict po kaya yung pagaapply ng student visa ng anak ko at yung PR aspplication namin?
may nakaexperience na po ng ganito? sabay ang application (temporary and permanent?)

2. Family of 3 po kami. Magkano po ang show money? since andito na po ako sa Canada , Canadian money na po ang papakita ko db? wala din po kasi akong bank account sa Pinas...

3. ano pong requirements to submit If I am going to apply for a student permit for my son. ?

hi..tanong ko lang, ano ba yung 4 year limit? may ganun po ba? kc yung partner ko 2008 pa sya dun sa canada at last year lang sya na.prmote from server to cook valid for 2 years...ngayon nag.aplay kami ng SWOP
