sis riley18, ask ko lang po kung ano nag nilagay mo dun sa IMM5257 Application for TRV ng anak mo eh single ba or multiple? medyo confused kc ako ung ibang nabasa ko single lang, ung iba nmn multiple.

saka pala dun sa DETAILS OF VISIT TO CANADA, question 2: INDICATE HOW LONG YOU PLAN TO STAY? anong dates po ilalagay ko? ilalagay ko ba ung til sa expiry date ng work permit ng principal?

please help naman po..

maraming salamat :D

Hello po to everyone. Bago lang po ako dito and thankful dahil nahanap ko ang site na to about sa spousal open work permit. Andami ko pong natutunan from the thread po but then i have this question po na gusto kong itanong about the said permit. Is it true po ba na ang pagpafile ng application for spousal open work permit ay hanggang july nalang po of this year? Anyone who knows or heard about it po and confirmed na po ba yun? Any answer would truly be appreciated po.. Maraming salamat po and God bless to everyone. ;)

Hi sis.

Dun sa "How long you plan to Stay", ang nailagay ko ay hanggang sa validity ng Work Permit ni hubby which is almost 2 years pa. So kung magpapasa ka ngayong April 2013, until January 2014 ang ilalagay mo na length of intended stay as long as valid pa ang WP ni hubby mo at that time. I'm not really sure about that kasi lately ko na lang narinig sa ibang applicants yun kaya di ko nagawa sa application ng baby ko. ;D

Pero sakin, it doesn't matter much. If it's really for you, I know God will find a way to make it happen. ;) :D :D :D

P.S. yung sa forms nga pala sis di na kailangan ang Schedule 1 for your kid. :)

Hi,
I just want to correct about this, true it is a pilot project of Alberta but it is for the working-age dependent children(18-22) yo, not for the spouses of NOC O, A and B. All applications are until July 31, 2013 only.
For the spouses of NOC O, A and B work permit holders nothing changed.
Baka po ang sinasabi nyo eh sa British Columbia na pilot project for NOC C and D na pwede sila mag apply ng open work permit, ang deadline naman po nun is Feb 14, 2014.

Hi. I also would want to add something.

It really is for the working-age dependant of NOC O, A and B; but also for the spouses under Pilot Projects. They are also eligible for Open WOrk Permits and their deadlines are both on July 31:

" ALBERTA
Open work permits are available to working age dependants (18–22) of highly skilled TFWs employed in Alberta in an occupation classified as managerial (NOC 0), professional (NOC A) or skilled trades (NOC B).
For more information, refer to Operational Bulletin 122.
Application deadline: July 31, 2013

Open work permits are available to spouses and common-law partners of TFWs employed in Alberta as long-haul truck drivers.
For more information, refer to Operational Bulletin 146.
Application deadline: July 31, 2013"

Dun sa mga nalilito po, kindly read this link po for complete details :) : http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/occupations.asp

Thank you for the information. My fiancé kasi is in Alberta right now and just promoted as a skilled worker.. His working permit will expire by Nov 2015 pa so we still have a lot of times. We're planning to get married maybe at the end of this year kung papayagan sya makapagbakasyon or at least January next year and he will apply for the SOWP as soon as makabalik sya ng Canada. I am hoping that the program is still open for the spouses so i can follow him there right away. But i just want to clarify also about the application. Is it ok ba if yung fiancé ko ang pagfile ng application don sa canada? Maybe i could just fill up the application here and send it to him and sya na ang bahalang magpass ng application sa Embassy nila don? possible po ba yun? or it is still better na ako ang magfile ng application sa CEM sa Pinas po? Alin po kaya ang mas mabilis if ever? I am just hoping na continuous lang ang ganitong program for those spouses or dependants of all the skilled worker na working don sa Canada to make us all possible to be with our love ones... Hirap po kasi ng long distance talaga...

thank you po sa response.. Ang akala ko po kasi eh un deadline of application na sinasabi na until july 31 of this year is generally applicable for all the spouses ng skilled worker don sa canada....kasi if ever late na pala ako and no chance na after namin makasal ng fiance ko at the end of this year of january next year.. salamat at nakahinga nman ako ng maluwag sa info na binigay mo po.. :)) God bless po sa ating lahat..
