Ilang months po ba ang standard na processing ng application? Para kasing may nakikita ako dito sa forum na ito na inabot na ng isang taon at higit pa, nakakatakot naman na tumagal ng ganito katagal ang SOWP ntin. Inip na si wifey sa canada.

mga docs na kailangan iprovide ni hubby (eto yung nag simula nung nag start siya sa canada):
- LMO
- contract
- working visa
- certificate of employment
- latest 3 month payslip
- notice of assessment
- t4
- reference letter from employer
- certificate of employment

mga kailangan mo as spouse:
- original passport and one photocopy
- birth certificate
- certificate of employment (if applicable)
- nbi (abroad-canada)
- transcript of records
- 2 photographs (canadian visa size)
- processing fee (manager's check P6100 - for working visa)
- temporary work permit checklist (if visa is for open work permit)
- IMM 1295
- IMM 5645
- work permit additional info form
- marriage certificate
- supporting docs from hubby (yung mga nasa taas na dapat iprovide nya)

mga kailangan na docs for kid:
- original passport
- 2 photographs (canadian visa size)
- processing fee (manager's check P5080 - student visa)
- application for study permit checklist
- IMM 5645
- IMM 1294
- supporting docs from husband (yung mga nasa taas na dapat iprovide nya)
- bank statement (last 6 mos.)
- cover letter stating that hubby is willing to support the child for the period of stay in canada

pero tawag ka sa vfs kung anong application ang para sa anak mo, yung binigay ko kasi sayo for stident permit application yan dahil studying na yung anak ko eh. yung ibang info din makikita mo sa manila.gc.ca

you need to provide atleast the photocopy dahil yun ang supporting docs mo, sa application ko at ng anak ko nka attached na yung supporting docs namin.

Hi kyle , done also with my medical exam last Otober 16 .
Just the same waiting for my daughter's MR. Almost 1 month na.
I still dont know what to do when and how to follow up.

@kyle and trams0402 - sa email nyo ba nareceived yung MR nyo?.. na try nyo na ba iforward yung email nyo dun sa link na kasama duns a email?.. kasi pag may concern kayo dun nyo pwede ipadala, sabihin nyo na magkasama application nyo kasi dapat magkasama yun dahil accompany nyo mga anak nyo kasi ako nung naka-received ng MR eh magkasunod lang na email yung sa amin ng anak ko.

Hello po sa lahat ng waiting,may dumating na po bang visa kahapon???sis anfrey may news naba about sa additional doc mo? Ako wala parin nkakalungkot na sobra :-(mlapit nanaman matapos ang october at nxt month 1 yr na application ko .grabeh!

Mukhang wala ng galawan yung application ng SOWP, sa ibang thread naman na TWP puro naman denied ang balita, lord sana naman po last napo yung mga na deny na yun, medyo matagal tagal narin po kasi ang paghihintay namin.

Dina po ba kailangan ng
IMM 5257 sched 1 na document, may nabasa kasi ako dito na need daw po mag submit ng form na ito if applying for SOWP .

@freespirited - yan lang yung sinabi sa akin ng PIASI na kailangan kong isubmit na form nung tumawag ako sa callcenter nila dati, IMM 5257 is for TRV eh for work permit ang inaapplyan ko as SOWP.

This is my situation. nandito na ako sa canada since 2008 and recently 2012 i got my skilled work permit. i have a boyfriend and we decided to get married last sept 2013 sa pinas... I got back here in canada after the wedding. Ive been in a skilled position almost one year na rin pero single ako when i got my skilled work permit. I didnt chnage my surname.after we got our nso-marriage cert we decided to apply open work permit sa pinas for him.. Last oct 10,2013 sa vfs sa makati. He got his medical referral last oct 14,2013. He decided to go for medical oct 21, 2013. I submitted my copy of lmo, job contract..t proof of funds.. t4.. payslips.. Coe.. Work permit copy.. And he submitted the application forms together with our marriage cert. his birth cert. proof of funds(joint account) and his previous joh offer.. He use to work in an international cruise ship as a cook us-canada cruise. So nakarting n cia ng canada. May chance ba ng approval ng visa nia? Worried ako kc kakasal lang nmin a month ago... Please share your experience please..

Dapat mag-update ka na ng status mo at mag change ng last name dahil baka maisipan mong mag apply ng PR at mahirapan ka since di pa naka-declare yung boyfriend mo as husband. Baka magkaron din yan ng butas dahil nung nag apply husband mo naka present yung NSO marriage cert nyo pero ikaw naka declare pa rin na single jan sa canada.

Me question po ako, my husband and kids are still waiting for the SOWP and SP visa. I heard from my employer puede ko na I process PR ko. Any idea if puede ko gawin un while they are waiting for their visa? Sana po mahelp nyo ako.
