Yes kelangan mo mag register bago makapag apply. Andun kasi sa account mo yung link para maka pag start ng application.

auto reply yan ng CEM pag mg.email kayo, ganyan din ang reply nila sa akin nung nag.folow.up ako..nung nagreply ang cem nung August 24..nag.ask cla about my medical kc nakita daw nila sa system nila na pending pa yung medical result ko...kaya nag.advice cla to contact my DMP...kaya kanina nag.email ako sa CEM about my medical exam results, yan din ang reply nila sa akin..

ito daw yung correct format kung mag.inquire kayo sa CEM:

1. UCI - always on top - this is easily to track your application to their system.
2. APPLICATION NO. - also known as FILE NO. - starts with letter "W" meaning you are a worker applicant.
3. FULL NAME - always include your full middle name.
4. DATE OF BIRTH
5. COUNTRY OF BIRTH - include this also because there are some applicants also who are foreigners like from Korea & Japan.
6. DATE OF MEDICAL - when is your medical done, it should be specific.
7. PLACE OF MEDICAL - mention this.
8. DATE WHEN IS YOUR MEDICAL SUBMITTED TO THEM (CEM) - we all know that slec is submitting the medical results thru online, you should know this also.
9. This line is optional for some people had additional test for medical. You should indicate what are the reasons on why your medical is delayed (e.g. sputum test).. If your having sputum (indicate the dates when you took the sputum result & culture plus the repeat xray)
- If you don't have problems in your medical, skip this line.
10. MAILING ADDRESS
11. CONTACT NO.

Sinu po sa inyu ang ganito din po ang nareceive n reply. ng email po ako sa knila ng Aug.26 then ngreply po cla ng August 27 then today po aug.28 yan po ung email sakin.ngpunta po ako sa site n bngy nila then ngfil up ng case inquery.as well as ung spouse ko and employer nya po.

hello po junla ask lang po ako if nakuha ba nang husband mo ung passort nya sa embassy of canada nang kinuha nya kasi gusto ko na ring kunin ang passport ko kasi apply nalang po akoa balik sa brko seaman kasi ako tapos ang wife ko nsa canada apply nya ako ng spousal open work permit tapos la nmang reply ang embassy feb.2013 pa ako nag process tapos wala naman balita thnks po..

hi mga sis. i would like to post an inquiry in behalf of the wife of the co-worker of my husband in gp. yung wife niya went there through sowp din, she had work as a cashier in costco daw. after 8months, she got pregnant, she was asking if she is eligible for the benefits since di pa sila pr. does she need to go back here sa philippines ba daw to give birth or dun na lang siya manganak? i don't know the answer kasi to the question, my hubby is asking me this. anybody here mga sis who know this kind of scenario? thanks sa sasagot.

@ishpiringkiting - sa pagka2alam ko po pwede sya sa Canada manganak, kasi may housemate si hubby sa Canada nanganak TWP palang sya mag-aapply plng din ng PR ngayon 1 yr. old na ung baby nya, at covered din sya ng mga benefits nung nag-leave sya.

mas ok na dun na lang siya manganak para canadian citizen yung bata. yung hubby ko, may friend syang pinoy na mag-asawa dun nabuntis at nanganak sa canada. wag na sya umuwi dahil baka mahirapan pa siya bumalik.

kahit d sila kasal ng hubby nya as a common law partner may benefits sya and especially sya mismo kc nagbabayad nya ng health insurance nya the best thing nya na gawin cguro is siguruhin na legal ang pa g stay nya dun i mean renew the permit kung mag eexpire na para mas walang hassle..
