For PINOYS: Spousal open work permit to canada.. Share tayo

hello sa lahat bago lang po ako dito ask lang poh cnung nkakuha na nang spousal open work permit or working permit na bago lang or this month thnks.. kc ung appilcation ko mag pa five months na until now la pang reply from can. embassy thnks poh.

anong timeline mo? tapos naba medical mo?

I have an online spousal OWP application for my spouse who works in another country, but I was the one who applied it here inside Canada.
What will be the process, will the Canadian embassy in the country where my spouse is will be contacted or me who processed it inside Canada?
Please I need clarification. Thank you.

Yup! Pero may need din na documents from your husband like ung LMO, Work Permit, Employment Contract, photocopy of passport biodata and canadian visa, certificate of employment, T4 and Notice of assessment, bank certificate, pay stub.

Kasi iaassess ng VO ang application mo based on your hubby's credentials.

My application was completed this morning, so July 10, Alberta time.

hindi pa po ako nagsubmit kasi may mga inaantay pa akong docs from my husband sa Canada like his T4 and assessments, tenancy contract and bank certificate. Ikaw ba kelan ka nagsubmit?

Sis, anong Work Permit Information Form ang ginamit mo sa application mo? Yung walang number 3 na modified ng May 10, 2013 o yung isa na kumpleto PIF 2011-03?

ah ok..andyan k n pla sa canada, try mo magonline application dyan, mas madali cguro dyan..d2 kc manila ang tgal ng process..ung mga nag online last month ata hanggang wala p cla mr na dapat mas mabilis s knila oc online appli cla..

btw, paper appli nmn ako..last march q p naisubmit application ko tapos nagpamedical aq ng April then meron daw aq prob s xray kya eto ang dami ko pinagdaanan s medical & waiting n lng aq for my repeat xray this july by 3rd week. pag wala changes s xray ko, issubmit n s cem ung result.

here's our thing: my husband got a job (higher skilled B) and now just waiting for his lmo to be released and we are expecting it to be mailed to us next week apparently we were told that my husband can bring along his wife with him under the open work permit so, we are both all set in that plan however just this morning i found i am pregnant... mix emotion dunno if i should be happy or not cus nag wworry ako baka magiba ung plan which is feeling ko ganun na nga! pro question lang po sa lahat sana may sumagot, pano na pwede namin gawin? anong application i am now somehow lost pwede pa din po kaya ako ma sponsor ng asawa ko kahit buntis na ako kase sasabay ung open work permit application sa papers nya soon di ko po alam pano gagawin? help!

hi, first of all congrats..mas ok kung paunahin mo muna husband mo s canada then after mo manganak saka kayo mag apply ksama n c baby..sa ngayon khit noon p need n ng pof pag kasama family at least cad$5k..as per my advise wag po kyo maxado magmadali sa pagapply sa ngayon..pero if you have pof more than $5k, you can apply nmn together with your husband.
