which is the best time to apply for Jan'2012 intake? Also, If we get visa early, is there any chances we can go earlyer then our course starts?

apply in this month coz embassy is taking almost 5 to 6 months for the final decision

Check your embassy time, I think its 4 weeks. Apply twice the time they mentioned, so at least 8 to 12 weeks.
