My brother already lives in Sydney. Thats why Im here. Easier to settle this way. I would advise not to come to Sydney though. I dont like it. Way too small and cold. No jobs here either. I think once Im settled, im going to look elsewhere!

Apparently, there is no direct flight to Halifax from UAE. The available options are through Toronto or in transit at Heathrow (London) then Halifax.
If I select the first option eventually, I will need to finish the landing formalities in Toronto which I do not prefer as it is advised to make my first port of entry the nominated province.
The second option might be complicated as I may need to obtain a transit visa to change the aircraft or to check in my luggage again if required.
Appreciate you feedback and advice – Where did you complete the landing formalities.

Can you be more specific on automobile sector? Do you mean manufacturing?
