It depends upon case to case, CHC simply follow "KEHNDEY VAHEEY GURU KEH KAY CHAK LAAO JAY KOI SHAQII LAGDA", in my case my Boss got call of 36 seconds from CHC on his cell phone, few get it on their personal phones, in some cases CHC call spouses and ask random things, 70-80% applicants never get any call anywhere. So no bdy can predict, who is gonna get the call and what will they ask. I know some cases where CHC people verified things personally by visiting physically. So relax, u can't do anything in this regard now (if u have already applied). For more details on these topics read blogs started by Mr. Qorax.

Regards to all,

I received a mail from NDVO.They asked me to submit the following docs withen 45 days.

-Indian police clearence certificate for my son an
-Proof of contnuous education of my son.

They have written in mail that- Indian police clearence cetificate for xxx.(Police clearence certificate for districts other than punjab,can be signed by senior superinted of police;commissioner of police;deputy commissioner of police;additional deputy comm.of police;SHO;Various inspector and constable rank;sub divisional magistrater the regional passport office may sign a pcc for residence of punjab.Application now residing outside India can obtain pcc issued by the Indian mission responsible for their current arae of residence)

As my son is studying in canada since 2008.I had already submit canadian pcc and his educational documents with my documents.Now my questions are-

-Is VO need pcc before 2008?Is this a ordinary pcc which we generally have from SSP office?
-How can i show his continuous study? Should i write a covering letter or submit Schedule 1 Background declaration form again?From where i noterised his certificates fromCanada or India?


PLEASE EXPERTS, HELP ME TO REPLY VO ASAP .I belong to punjab.

Mai Australia rehna te 6242 under apply kitta hoya. Mai application 27 may 2011 nu layi c. Application launn vele mai Rs 700000 di FD show kitti c as proof of settlement funds. Eh paissiya di FD mere father ne mere naam te banvayi c 22 march 2011 nu, yani k application apply toh pehla. Hunn dochitti eh hai ke mere vo ne mainnu medical te proof of funds request pheji c 14 december 2011 nu. Vo ne Australian and Canadian funds mange c and last 6 months diya statements.

Mere jehde funds ne oh India vicch ne te hunn ohna di value Rs 759561 hai, jo ke required funds ($ 13837)toh vaddh hai. Australia funds show karran di problem eh c k mera employer paisse cash dinda, so iss lai mai bank vicch kade kade jamma karvaunna te jo ve millda oh mai aap kha pee jaana. Je mainnu pehla patra hunda ke vo ne paisse aitthe mangne ta mai pehla he aitthe mangva lainda. Hunn Australia mangvaunna iss lai nai chahunda because Aud bada high hai and paisse ghatt jaane. Waisse FD di koi statement nai hundi and funds hai ve almost 1 saal puraane, naale cic di aidda di koi requirement ta hai nai k funds kisse particular country or currency vicch honn.

Mera current status " medical results have received hai". Mai kaafi jagah toh pata kitta te saare aahi kehnde ne ke funds theek ne and hai ve 6 months toh puraane and vo da letter ik standard format hai. Hunn mai original FD te bank SBI toh current status letter bhej ditti hai vo nu. Please tussi saare suggest karro, ki mai theek kitta ??.

I think they are looking for PCC from SSP office
-How can i show his continuous study? Should i write a covering letter or submit Schedule 1 Background declaration form again?From where i noterised his certificates from Canada or India?

Write a cover letter (in any case, continuous or any gap in education; if gap tell reason, like job etc, or what ever) as well as submit schedule 1 background, what ever documents (degrees and stuff) u have in India get those notarized here, baaki Canada toon mangvaa lao (notarized), send every thing in one envelope. Kumm bunn jaay gaa.
