Hello members,

I will be flying to Vancouver, BC and completing my landing formalities on May 10, 2018. I am planning to drive my car from US when I permanently move to Canada in my 2nd entry to Canada.

I will be including the car information in the goods to follow form (bsf186) to show during my first landing process. I have done some research and this car is admissible in Canada (which I know that it does not guarantee importation to Canada and need to comply other Canadian requirements).

So do I need to do anything more now apart from adding the car information in the goods to follow form?
I am planning to carry car title, sale receipt and NMVTIS Vehicle History Report. Should I carry any other car document?

I am sure many people have done this before. Please guide me with these questions/share your experience.

Thank you very much.

Thank you for your response. So for now I don't have to do anything more other than mention the car information (VIN, make, model, year, etc.) in the goods to follow list, right?
If you are not importing your car this time then you are good to go.
