Flood in Manila / CFO Sticker

My wife is traveling tomorrow to Manila to get her CFO Sticker before flying to Canada on Friday (she got her Visa 2 weeks ago). Finally, we can be together, but there's a problem:

Now there's a big flood in Manila because of heavy rain, I'm not even sure than the CFO office will be open. I'm super stressed now, what if the CFO office will be close the whole week??? She can't get her CFO sticker...

Is there any alternative to that, can she have her sticker at the airport?

Why this is happening to us, we have suffer enough of waiting the last 3 years, now that finally she can travel here, that stupid flood is happening. I feel so frustrated right now

Yes and Cebu also files internationally, she can fly to Macao or Hong Kong from there. She could skip Manila.

To get this CFO Stiker its a piece of cake . Remember those 3 years of waiting to be with your wife...that was something for sure.

sorry for late reply, it was a bit crazy yesterday with that situation.

So finally my wife arrived in Manila, she went straight to CFO office (it was open!) she said that there's was no water in the street around there and could go easily. 15 minutes later, she got her sticker! Wooohooo!

By the way, did you know that they also have a CFO desk at NAIA airport? i just discover that yesterday when i was in panick mode lol. I called and they said people can also have their sticker at the airport, all you have to do is to call 1 or 2 days in advance to get an appointment.
