TIA. A friend of mine submitted his PGWP online 4 months ago, he got a job and the employer is demanding to see his work permit (employer not willing to accept IRCC’s letter that allows one to work after submission).
The only opportunity is to now go to the border.
1) Will it be refused because he has already applied online?
2) I know the border is opened 24/7 but is there a specific time he needs to be there for them to process the application?
3) Any additional advise is highly appreciated.
